The Avant cold lasers were new on the market in 2013 and they did an amazing job at analyzing all the lasers on the market and crushing them on every spec. All the Avant lasers are class 3b lasers with more power than some class 4 lasers. The LZ30p is a system designed specifically only for home users. It has plenty of power to treat 1 to 3 people per day. It has 900mW of continuous or pulsed output at 810nm AND 80mW at 637nm wavelength. For professionals, the LZ30x and LZ30z increase the power in the RED spectrum to 250mW and 950mW. All their systems include training (over the phone) and support from the Avant doctor on staff. The Pro system offer the higher level of support that doctors often need. All the systems have 10 times the power of an ML830 and the LZ30z has 19 times the power of the Erchonia (which cost over twice the price). These cordless units include a graphic display that allows users to browse a huge library of presets and then pin them to a favorite list. Because the system has several graduated layers of operation, it is easy to use in the favorites mode while still having almost unlimited options for flexibility.

The LZ30p, LZ30x LZ30z cold lasers are the ideal marriage of form and function, packing big power into a small, elegantly designed package. At less than 5 inches long and weighing just 4.5 ounces, these FDA-cleared, Class 3b lasers are extremely portable and comfortable to use.
